  • Girl Scout Tough Cookie Plate - $30- bears embossed designs of three of the most popular Girl Scout cookies.
  • Girl Scout Trefoil Mug​ - $30 
  • Cookie Dough Bank -$35- is modeled after the iconic Thin Mints Cookie. Scouts will get a kick out of dropping their coins through the slot in the cookie bite!
  • The Girl Scout Trefoil Box -$35 is the perfect keepsake box for storing your favorite things. The Trefoil is embossed on the lid, making it easy to paint with a lot of decorating surface.
  • Thin Mints Ornament & Trefoil Ornament - 2 for $40 Make a wonderful Girl Scout keepsake; great year end/holiday tradition! Use the space at the bottom to add the year, a name & a troop number.

Girl Scout Party General Information

Drop-off only.
  • Up to 2 adult non-painters (Troop leaders should plan to stay and take part in the event)
  • Painting/Clay events only for the foreseeable future.
  • No outside food and/or beverages to be served at the event. You may give the girls treat bags as they're being picked up, but any food in those bags must be eaten outside of the studio.
  • Indoor/Outdoor (weather dependent) seating option available, based on space limitations
  • ​To ensure that everyone is safe and healthy, and to minimize any potential health issues during the event, the Health Screening Checkpoint will be emailed to the Scout Leader(s) for distribution and must be submitted for all attending Girl Scouts by their parents or legal guardians prior to drop off all Girl Scouts at the studio.

 Pricing for non-licensed pottery event (including firing)

Promotional pricing below is applicable for groups of 8+.
​Pottery Painting: $35 & up/child

​Clay Handbuilding & Painting: $40 & up/child
  • Includes double firing for clay pieces.

Virtual Event Instructor: $30
  • To host and facilitate the event virtually

Deposit: $50
  • Non-refundable. This amount will confirm your reservation and will go towards the final balance, which is due at the event.​

Badges

Daisy Petal Badge

  • Paint your favorite oversized mug with the colors of the Daisy Petals and thumbprints.
  • Up to 1 hour of studio time.

Creative Meetings
  • Even if you aren’t working on a badge, Happy Hands is still a great place for a creative field trip!
  • ​You can coordinate it with a badge project or just come in for some creative fun!
  • Either way, we have great creative ideas for Scouts and are happy to work with you in planning your meeting or event.

Brownie Potter Badge

  • Price: $40+​​
  • Get to know clay and make an art piece from clay.
  • Display your artwork at school or community art show.
  • Up to 1.5 hours of studio time

Virtual Events

  • Perfect for troops that can't do an in-person event. 
  • Pottery Painting only. No clay projects can be done for virtual events.
  • We can pack to-go bags for all the girls which can be individually picked up by parents or by a Troop Leader for distribution before the event.
  • Troop Leaders or Happy Hands staff can host the event.
  • If a Troop Leader hosts the event:
    • Cost is for the pottery and supplies
    • If Happy Hands is hosting the virtual event:
    • Up to 1 hour 
    • Hosted via Zoom 
    • Cost is for the pottery, supplies, and instructor to facilitate the event

    • Credit/Debit card payments only. We are not accepting cash or check payments.​​​
    • After a deposit is made, you can always change date/time if needed, based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
    • In case of cancellations, no refunds. However, studio credit is available towards any activities, with exception to special promotional events/fundraisers.

    • ​​If you or anyone around you are experiencing any symptoms of illness (such as coughing, sneezing, fever, etc), have been in close contact with anyone who's been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have recently traveled, please do not come into our studios and follow quarantine protocol for the safety of our customers and staff.
