WHEN WILL THE POTTERY BE READY?
Typically within 7-10 days of your event.
Please keep in mind that while we do our best to stay within that timeframe, occasionally factors outside of our control may cause unexpected delays.
We will email you once everything is complete, as well as include a picture of the completed party.
Hosts have 2 primary options for pickup:
Regardless of which method you choose, please make sure that you inform your guests' how they will get their pottery, so there's no miscommunication.
After about 10 days or so, we will contact you if there are any remaining bags. If there are, you as the party host will have to pick up the remaining bags for distribution.

WHAT DO GUESTS PAINT? CAN THEY PAINT ANY PIECE?
This depends on your budget. Some groups prefer to do the same piece, some pick from a smaller selection of pottery (ie: by themes - mugs & plates, animals, sweets, etc), while others pick their favorites (a la carte pricing). By filling out the form, it does not guarantee that your requested date/time slot will be available. We will follow up with you to let you know if the date/time slot is available. If it is, we will hold that time slot for you for up to 24 hours from our notification. A deposit is required to secure the reservation within the time frame.
After a deposit is made, you can always change date/time if needed, based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Why are there no xx:30 time slots?
We strongly don't recommend parties starting other than the top of the hour because when people start parties in between the hour (i.e. 12:30PM), we've noticed that more guests end up arriving late, which delays the party. It's overall much easier for everyone when parties start on the hour (i.e. 12:00PM).
