Camp Overview
Information
- Happy Hands camps provides a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for your child to express themselves.
- For kids ages 4 & up.
- Sessions run from 9:00AM-1:00PM.
- Camp submissions close at 9PM the night before each session to guarantee a spot, unless that day is full!
- Activities will include interactive pottery painting, clay hand-building, canvas, mixed media, and more!
- During snack and lunch time, kids can enjoy game time, kids-friendly movies/shows for up to 10 minutes or less.
- We'll take the kids outside during these breaks, subject on weather conditions and location.
- All materials used are lead free, non toxic, water based and will not stain skin or clothes.
- All fired pottery is food and dishwasher safe, although we recommend hand washing to prevent possible damage to your precious work.
- 48-hour cancellation policy via email only.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Our camps maintain safe capacity.
- 8-18 participants, based on subscriptions.
- A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must sign in the camper upon arrival at the studio and confirm that the child(ren) are not exhibiting any signs of illness (such as fever, or sore throat).
- Campers must be picked up within the designated time frame. Late pick-ups may result in additional fees.
- If an unlisted adult needs to pick up the camper, prior written consent from the parent/guardian is required.
- Campers will not be released without an adult's sign-off at the studio or to unauthorized individuals or minors.
Cancelation & Refund Policy
Cancelations can be done no later than 48 hours before the scheduled camp.

- If you call the studio to cancel or reschedule, you must email us as well.
- You must get an email from us confirming your request to avoid miscommunications.
- Please reach out to us if there are any changes.
- Any changes within 48 hours of the camp or no-shows will incur a daily charge of $79 per child.
- No Refunds for last minute changes or no-shows. No exceptions. No-shows take spot(s) away from other kids who might have otherwise been able to attend the camp.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP?

- Any food that requires peeling or sliced (oranges, bananas, etc) must be pre-peeled and/or sliced at home. We cannot touch your child's food.
DID YOU RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION?
Once you submit your form, a message will appear to tell you that we will typically respond (via email) within 24-48 hours of your submission.
Anything submitted after business hours on Friday and into the weekend, will be addressed on the following Monday (or Tuesday).

IS THERE STILL SPACE AVAILABLE IN YOUR CAMP?
We make all efforts to update our website as soon as possible when we are near or at capacity, to ensure accurate availability.
However, please keep in mind that we approve registrations on a first come-first serve basis and as such, available spots may already be full by the time we get to your registration.

What's the age range for kids to participate in your camps?
Our programs are typically designed for kids 4-10.
Most kids who attend are between the ages of 4-8. We've had older kids attend, as old as 12, though it's usually because they have a younger sibling that is also attending.
Some camps have more younger kids (4-6), while others have more older kids (7-10). It all depends on who signs up for a particular camp. We always encourage kids to be signed up with their friends and/or siblings, so they know at least 1 other kid in the camp.

IS THERE A SIBLING DISCOUNT IF I REGISTER MULTIPLE KIDS?
No, we do not offer a sibling discount. All kids will be charged the same price per child, regardless of how many kids are registered together from the same family.
