May 18th, 2020; Plan for Safe Reopening

We greatly appreciate your help, support and understanding in implementing our precautionary steps during these unusual times.❤️

​We are closely monitoring and following guidelines from the state/local governments, CDC and SBA and will update these guidelines accordingly. 

• We installed sanitizers/wipes/paper dispensers by the entrances & paint bar to inforce new safety and hygiene  measures.
• Our staff will be screened daily, and being trained on new safety procedures and hygiene etiquette and controls for everyone's safety.
• New cleaning and disinfecting requirements in place for all surfaces, areas, and equipment.
• New safety, social distancing and how we do business signs have been updated and posted.
• We will reopen with limited hours, staff, and services, which will be gradually increased in order to keep you and our team safe. Please refer to our website/facebook for updates.
• Special detailing, handprints, and custom work will be temporary limited due to staff limitations and safety regulations during Stage 1 & 2 of reopening.
• Masks/face covers are required inside of the studio at all times. We'll provide disposable face covers to all our clients If needed during visits at our studios.
• Reservations are strongly recommend for all walk-in painters due to limited seating capacity to accommodate social distancing requirements.
• We are excited to introduce an additional outdoor sitting for our Fairfield studio and anxiously awaiting for an outdoor sitting approval from Wilton authorities. 
• Painting time will be temporary limited to up to one hour to accommodate reservations & disinfecting procedures between clients.  After one hour of painting additional $15/per each 15 min studio fees will be applied. Thank you for your understanding. 
• Please try to limit your belongings during your visit. No outside food is allowed.
• Only credit cards payments, no cash or check.
• Please do not enter the studio if you are sick.
• If you or anyone around you are experiencing any symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, etc., have been in close contact with anyone who's been diagnosed with COVID-19, or have recently traveled, please refrain from coming into our studios and follow quarantine protocol for the safety of our customers and staff. ❤️​ ​​
• We’ll continue with “Pottery to Go” and "Zoom Virtual Birthday/Parties "to accommodate clients that simply more comfortable to create at home. 
• Our in-studio Bday parties/Events and Summer Camps will resume on June 29th with limited headcount based on further updates from the state/local government with safety guidelines. Please sign up & book your parties or plan to reschedule your previous reservations.❤️​
