Please fill out this form so we can contact you when the pottery is ready for pickup. For the pickup location, please pick the location that is closer to you. That is where your completed pottery will be.

Please make sure your contact information is correct. We are not responsible if we cannot reach you due to incorrect information, as we do contact every client upon completion.

** Everyone will get 1 phone call and 1 email. It is your responsibility to pick up your completed pottery. If for whatever reason you do not hear from us after 10 days, please visit our Fairfield location as all completed pieces will be there.

Pottery must be picked up within 30 days of painting date. We are happy to accommodate an extension, with a written email request. Any pottery not picked up within 30 days without notice, will be donated.
