Event Overview
Get ready for a creative adventure!

Each participant will get to paint their own pottery piece, and if time allows, we'll add a fun little craft project to the mix.

Plus the Parent Association will provide a pizza dinner with drinks for the children to enjoy during the event.

2-hour of exclusive private studio time.

Minimum of 10 kids to be able to run the event.

Price: $49/child
Prices listed do not include tax.
Each additional 30 minutes of the event is $75 per group.

Release Statement and Waiver of Liability:
By submitting this form, you agree to and follow the following terms and conditions.

I authorize the credit card payment within 24 hours of the camp start, regardless of my child's participation, unless I submit an email cancellation request at least 24 hours before the event start
Cancelations must be done no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event date via email.
Proper notification: Email sent to Happy Hands ([email protected]) within 24 hours of your scheduled reservation. You must get an email confirming your cancellation.
For no-shows, you are subject to be charged for the event rate of $49 per child.
Credit/Debit card payments only. We are not accepting cash or check payments.
The Charge will not prorated for late drop-offs or early pickups.
In consideration of the Private Event provided by the Happy Hands Art & Pottery, LLC. facilities in which program are held, I do hereby allow my child/children listed above to participate in the program activities and do hereby waive claim and release Happy Hands Art & Pottery LLC for claim or liability for any incident or accident occurring from my child’s participation in the art activities.
I authorize emergency first aid care to said child by Happy Hands Art & Pottery LLC. staff in the event he/she becomes injured or ill during the camp if the parents and/or legal guardian of the child are not immediately available at the telephone numbers provided above. I further authorize Happy Hands Art & Pottery LLC. to retain the services of a physician or other competent emergency medical persons to treat the child and I accept full financial responsibility for any charges arising from said treatment.
Happy Hands Art & Pottery reserves the right to use photos or videos taken at our programs and events on our website, blog, social media or in printed materials.
