Walk-ins are always welcome at Happy Hands!
However, we highly recommend making a reservation on weekends, as that’s when we host most of our parties and special events. Booking ahead helps ensure we have a spot ready just for you!

- Pottery Pickups
Your finished pottery will be ready for pickup within 7–10 business days. Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for a $25 fee.
Please plan to pick up your pottery within 30 days of your visit. If you need extra time, just send us an email — we’re happy to help! - The Creative Process
Every handmade piece is one-of-a-kind — small variations are what make your artwork truly special! - Painting Time
Painting sessions are 1 hour to allow for smooth transitions and proper cleaning between guests.
If you’d like extra time, it’s just $15 per 15 minutes beyond the first hour.
All projects should be completed in one visit, but if something comes up, we can schedule a return session for $15 + tax. - Guests & Seating
We love seeing everyone get creative! Each group is welcome to have one non-painting guest at no charge.
Additional non-painters are $25 per person.
For minors, an adult must be present during the session. - Special Requests
We do our very best to honor all requests! Please double-check any writing requests — they’ll be added to your piece exactly as submitted. - Studio Comfort
To keep the studio cozy and organized, please limit personal belongings and note that outside food and beverages are not permitted.

- $25-35 firing fee for oversized pieces or pottery w/light assembly

Reservation & Cancellation Info
We’re excited to have you paint with us!
- To reserve your spot, a credit or debit card is required — but don’t worry, your card won’t be charged until your visit.
- When your painting session is complete, you can choose to pay with the card on file or use a different payment method — whatever’s easiest for you!
- If your plans change, no problem — just email us at [email protected] or call the studio at least 24 hours before your reservation so we can adjust your booking. Please be sure to get a confirmation of your cancellation.
- For no-shows without notice, a $25 fee per person will apply.
